Call for Reviewers: get involved and and help the EuroPython program committee
Talk, training and poster presentations will be selected from the proposals by a team of reviewers.
Anybody is invited to join the reviewer team, including people who also submitted proposals.
Early Bird "Personal" tickets sold out - next batch on Monday, 10.02.2014
The Early Bird ticket sale for EuroPython went much better than expected. All one hundred tickets of the “Personal” category have been sold within one day. The organization team decided to offer 50 more “Personal” tickets to Early Bird conditions starting Monday, 10.02.2014 11:00 UTC (12:00 CET).

Free ticket: Get a standard ticket for the conference for free (including full access to talks, trainings, sprints, official social event on Wednesday evening …)

Ticket and travel costs: Get a standard ticket for free and we will cover the travel and accommodation costs pro rata, depending on what you are applying for.

EuroPython Early Bird ticket sale open
Tickets for EuroPython 2014 are now on sale!
Early Bird tickets (300 tickets contingent) are available to a reduced price and are sold in the three categories business, personal and student. Students must follow the instructions on the ticket page in order to be eligible for the student rate. The Early Bird ticket phase ends when all 300 tickets have gone.

Early Bird ticket sale starts on Wednesday, 05/02/2014
We are pleased to announce that the EuroPython 2014 ticket sale will start next Wednesday, 05/02/2014 with the Early Bird ticket phase. There is a contingent of 300 tickets that will be sold to a reduced price in three categories:
- Business
- Personal
- Student
If you are a student and want to get the student discount, please email a copy of your student identity card to helpdesk@europython.eu once the sale has started. An email prior the to sale start will not be considered. The requests will be processed in the order they are received.

Work on Call for Participation for EuroPython 2015 has started
The EuroPython Society (EPS) has started work on preparing the Call for Participation (CFP) for organizing the EuroPython 2015 conference.
For 2015, we are setting up a new structure for the conference organization, which is focused on local and distributed work groups that are closely integrated with the EuroPython Society.
We hope to greatly reduce the work load for the local teams, attract community members that want to get involved and to streamline the whole process of transitioning from one location to the next, making the conference organization a lot easier for everyone.
